| Nevermind the softer surfaces, reduced impact on your joints, and the benefits of active recovery, trail running is really just a lot of fun! Come join us for the Road Kill Run on Sunday, August 25 at 7:00am at Erwin Park. There will be various distances and paces, all levels are welcome! If bad weather occurs check Facebook or call the store incase of a date change. |
